Garret made our home buying experience as smooth as possible. We are first time home buyers and now owners because of his help. He answered all our questions, and we had a lot. His response time was so quick and even if he couldn't give us a detailed answer he would respond to let us know he'll get back to us when he has the time and he never disappointed. We were buying out of state and couldn't always go and look as often as we would like but he didn't let that make us uneasy. He sent us video tours, gave us opinions and information. He was so helpful and just all around great. If we were to buy again, we would definitely reach out for his help.

I couldnt have asked for a better realtor to work with for buying my first home! Jon was fantastic to work with through every step of our selling process. He had obviously done research on our neighborhood before our first meeting, even touching base with our original builder (who is still active in the development) He was quick to respond when we reached out with questions. He seemed to have a great rapport with the buyers' agent and provided solid advice throughout the negotiations. Garrett is an amazing realtor! He is attentive, flexible and responsive. We were outbid on our home and thought we lost it. However, the original winner backed out of the deal. The sellers realtor came back to the original bidders to see if they wanted to rebid. Garretts responsiveness and commitment hadus under contract the same day. He listened to our needs and found a home in a great neighborhood and an even better school district (MUCH needed for our kiddo). We were kept informed up to the minute and he was a whiz at negotiation. We will always recommend him for buying in Washington and will look to use him again when we finally move on to the next home. Cori was absolutely amazing to work with. She was exactly what I wanted out of a realtor: knowledgeable, hard-working (she found us so many great options), patient (I never once felt any sort of pressure from her), and honest. When we would go look at places together my fiance and I would of course swoon over the cute little things, but Cori helped us to not just look at the great sides of house options but also to notice red flags and to learn what exactly we were looking for in a house.
