During the sale, Karen had people in there fixing things, rearranging furniture to show the house, arranging for an estate sale to sell of the home's contents and remove all remaining item, coordinating inspections and keeping me abreast of progress, she even used a drone and had a video prepared to highlight the home's advantages.I had high hopes at the beginning. Buying and selling a home is not a stress-free process but with her years of experience, knowledge and contacts, Karen makes it appear simple. It is NOT simple but she wholly takes on the burden. With Karen, I would say the most difficult part of the process was choosing a home but only because my husband and I had to agree on a property. Unfortunately, I could not jinx him into submission. Karen was patient, informative, responsive and always available. Within a couple of weeks she found us a property we could both agree on (and this was during the holidays). We moved in less than 6 weeks later. I then thought selling our old home would be a headache but she improved and transformed it in about two weeks, had it listed and literally had in sold in a couple of hours- just as she had anticipated. I could go on and on because she did so much so quickly and negotiated for us so effectively at every turn but I don't want to lose the reader at this point. I definitely felt the need to give her the review because this is a huge decision and it could be intimidating without the right help. Karen IS the guidance you're looking for.Thank you Karen. Karen Anderson is an amazing real estate agent. I called her based on just Yelp reviews and had her renovate my home in Palos Verdes. She managed the entire process (choosing all materials and contractors) and was able to beautifully remodel the home in a month and then listed the home.
