5-Stars.My Peace of Mind during a rollercoaster. The first thing that I loved about Chris Toomey and Carlos Guerrero was their personality. They were optimistic, cheerful, and treated my dad and I like family. I was hesitant that we could sell the house at the price my father wanted, but they assured me that this was reasonable asking price. They made me believe that a sale could and would happen, and they were right. I loved that Carlos spoke Spanish and was a bi-lingual agent, and therefore could communicate everything directly to my father. Carlos was in constant communication with us through every step of the process, even on nights and weekends. Chris worked tirelessly on the back end to make sure that everything was perfect.
